Born in 1958 and holds a bachelor degree in Business Administrations from the University of Denver, H.E Al Serkal has held many positions locally & regionally since 1990. He headed the federal sports authority for the United Arab Emirates. He was also a member of the executive office of the Arab Football Federation till 2002, and Vice President of the Asian Football Federation till 2015. On the international arena, H.E Al Serkal held a membership position on the Football organizing committee of the Olympics held in Rio De Janeiro in 2016.



Vice Chairman

Retired Brigadier General from the Ministry of Interior and holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the UAE University, he is a former member of the Board of Directors of the UAE Association of Accountants.

Mr. Al Shamsi holds a degree in Financial Management and is also a specialized trainer in Institutional Strategic planning and Strategic Self-Planning. Additionally, he is a Partner and the Vice Chairman for the counsel of Innovation and Creativity of Estimarat (Tas-Heel) Group , Wathaa’eq and Injazat services.



Board Member

In his long professional career, Mr. Al Suwaidi was: Head of the Local Housing Committee of Sharjah, Head of the Sharjah housing Committee in the Shiekh Zayed Housing Program, Chairman of Sharjah Club, Chairman of the sports council of Sharjah, Vice president of Sharjah Horsing Union, and Head of Municipal Affairs.

Currently Mr. Al Swedi is a Member of the executive council of the government of Sharjah & Chairman of Estimarat (Tas-Heel) group, Wathaa’eq and Injazat services & Chairman of Tas-Heel Board of Directors.



Board Member and CEO 

Started his career in Duetsche Bank where he worked with a number of renowned regional clients. He then moved to the local banking sector with ENBD Asset Management working with corporate clients. He then moved to the M&A team in the Advanced Technology Investment Company where he helped develop the capabilities of the second largest semiconductor manufacturing company. He did this by working on critical transactions that defined the company’s future and therefore shaping the global industry.

Yagub now works at Mubadala Investment Company on a critical strategic investment relationship between the UAE and Russia helping managing the UAE’s investment in Russia. He is also responsible for developing the investment relationship between the UAE and Kazakhstan.



Board Member

Born in 1971, Mr. Al Qawasmi holds an MBA degree from Birzeit university in Palestine 2005, and is currently working as a General Manager at Palestine bank rep./DIFC. Mr. Al Qawasmi worked at different positions in different sectors in both the public and private sectors.

He holds many qualifications such as a CPA , CBM and CTC, and is a member of different associations such as: President of the Palestinian Judo federation, Board Member of the Palestinian Businessmen Forum and a Board Member of Themaar Consultancy Group



Board Member

Born in 1966 and holder of an Electrical Engineering degree Mr. Sha’ath held many positions in his professional career. His last post was the General Manager of Al Serkal Group. He has many years of experience in general contracting, general maintenance and trading




Solid experience in managing issues related to:
VAT Taxpayer Identification Number TIN and taxpayer entity
VAT Taxpayer registration procedures Processing VAT returns and payments
VAT accounting, revenue management, and reports
Analyzing and designing new VAT procedures and forms

Bashar is also an expert in VAT legislations, designing VAT systems, and in VAT Administration. This includes functions such as: taxpayer services, tax audit, tax investigation, collection enforcement, tax refund, etc.




After graduating from Palestine Polytechnic University – 1995 – with a B.Sc. degree in Computer Engineering, Safwan has spent time working as a consultant, advising government and non government entities in high profile projects, such as:

– Reviewing and re-designing the business processes of the family court in Enhance Palestinian Justice Program
(EPJP) – USAID funded Program
– Advising the implementation of the E-Municipality Concept and Approach in Palestine – Local Governance
Program – LGP
– Reviewing, Assessing, and Redesigning the Service Delivery Processes of the 18 Municipalities
– Introducing Citizen Service Centers (OSSs) in 18 Municipalities in the West Bank
– Redesigning the Service Delivery Processes of Rwabi Municipality


Rawiah Youssef Sharawi


Holds MBA degree from Hebron university in Palestine – 2013, Rawiah started her career in 2001 as an Internal Auditor for six years. She then moved on to a new role as the Chief Accountant for five years. Eventually, she became the financial manager in one of the biggest factories in Palestine – the Palestinian Mineral Lube Oil Co where she remained for five years.
